Hello! We are Lesley and Carolyn Beedle, Directors of Nottingham Music Tuition Ltd.

We are passionate about providing music tuition to children and believe that when a child learns an instrument at an early age, they are more likely to continue playing as they get older. And now more than ever, children need a chance to do something creative, relaxing and stress-busting: music does all this!

We’d like to tell you about some of what we can offer to your school.

Nottingham Music Tuition is an established company providing music teaching services to over 40 Nottingham City and County schools. We are two instrumental music teachers each with over twenty five years’ experience working in Nottinghamshire schools. We started up our business with the aim of providing an additional music service to all schools.

We have full team of qualified, experienced and enthusiastic teachers who can deliver lessons on the following instruments:

Woodwind, Strings, Brass, Percussion, Guitar, Singing, Keyboard, and Recorders: a bespoke package to deliver whatever you and your pupils require!

We can also offer Workshops, Clubs, Ensembles and Choirs both during and after school, and can help you with Primary or Secondary Curriculum music– from Key Stage 1 through to GSCE and A level.

All our staff are fully trained to provide a wide range of teaching styles: whether it is one-to-one/ small group tuition or larger group tuition for those pupils continuing after Whole-Class Tuition.

And during Covid we were able to continue to provide live lessons successfully online.

Our service is bookable by the hour- with no upfront fees. You only pay for the tuition your pupils receive!

We fully employ all of our staff, provide regular training and quality control, and each member of our team is fully covered by the relevant Insurance and Workplace & Enhanced Police Disclosure checks.

NMT can also offer a musical instrument rental scheme for pupils/ schools having individual and small group lessons.
